Amore Aurora impress on single & music video for "Encuentros"
Putting out yet another memorable single in 2021, Amore Aurora are back with a highly groovable track called “Encuentros”. Read along for our full in-depth review of the song, as well as a background on these emerging artists.
Mixing up a unique blend of alternative rock, Amore Aurora are a Mexican-American indie band that’s currently based out of Los Angeles, California. On their newest single “Encuentros”, which was produced at Abbey Road Studios, the band has also been given the music video treatment which we highly recommend giving a view. On the song itself, this group have completely blown us away with their originality and innovation in an always crowded genre.
After so much experimentation from Amore Aurora over the past years, we confidently feel that they’ve found their niche. Following up their most recent single “Pensando En Ti”, it’s been a solid year of music, with even more that’s set to come in early 2022. Keep an eye out for an EP that’s in the works! If these last two singles are any indication of their future sound, we’re very happily going to be looking forward to its impending release.
On “Encuentros” itself, right from the get go Amore Aurora creates an outer space-like atmospheric track that continues to build and build from the opening notes. Fusing in glimmers of synthesizers and other impressive production techniques, they’ve single-handedly put together a song that has left our jaws on the floor. In our opinion, it would be best to listen on a great pair of headphones so as to not miss out on any of the subtleties. You can instantly sense the passion and love that went into it all, of which there’s a massive amount.
As far as the future goes, things are looking quite bright for this band that’s shaking up the alternative music genre. While the lyrics are sung in Spanish, it barely even matters if you can’t understand them because the right feeling and vibe comes through effortlessly.
